I had hoped to start going outside for a few of my rides during the week in the morning, but the weather is just not cooperating. Headed down to the garage again this morning and did a Tempo ride on the CompuTrainer. Pretty much had the Metal Man pace me, except for the fact that I wanted to beat him so pushed a little harder than I probably was supposed to be felt pretty good at the end. The best part of the ride today was that I felt like I kept a good cadence, I was up around 93-94 rpms for the entire ride.
