Instead of going and swimming at the Andover Y at 5:30 I went down to the Danvers Y early and did a quick 5 mile run before swimming. It&#8217;s hard to get a run in when I go to the Andover Y because I would have to get up much earlier or run later, neither of which is very appealing.
